Jericho
Is anyone else loving the premiere of Jericho, which aired last night, a mere 24
hours after its debut in the States.
This show focuses on the citizens of small town, Jericho, after an mysterious explosion is
seen on the horizon.
The pilot episode focuses on the aftermath of the explosions, as the people
of Jericho become increasingly fearful that they may be the only survivors.
Mystery plays a central part in this show with the audience left not just to ponder the strange
explosions, but the shrouded past of character Jake Green and the strange appearance of supposed ex-cop Robert Hawkins, who
seems to know more than he is letting on.
Jericho's original plot, talented cast and soundtrack is set to make this show a hit!
A must see!!
Australian Idol
The second week of Idol finals saw Reigan Derry
eliminated from the top 11. Judge Mark Holden was"cut" that Reigan had been eliminated so soon.
Also in the bottom three were Ricky Muscat and Guy
Mutton aka Mutto.
Bones
This weeks episode of Bones saw the arrival of Brennans ex-lover and former professor
Michael Stires. After a little 'catching up' Brennan shares all the details of her case with Michael, however things get complicated when Michael takes the position of expert witness for the defense and begins to
discredit the case shes built.
This episode focuses less on the victim and uses the case to advance Brennans personal story,
as she is betrayed by Michael who openly states on the stand " I dont know why she became a forensic anthropologist"
and by Booth who divulges the details of her parents disappearance to the lawyers in an attempt to make Brennan look less
detatched to the jury and win the case.
A good episode if you can get past the lack of involvement in the victims life and the
fact that the trial came around relatively quickly.
According to TV Week, a massive three episodes of Bones will be aired next week. So
tune in at the special time 8.30pm Wednesday and 8.30 pm Thursday night on the Seven Network...
